18 Hole Golf Course on 227.26 acres


 

Welcome to Oliver's Nest Golf and Country Club. The Golf course was built on approximately 150 acres of gently rolling lands. Many holes were routed around and beside the quiet meandering of the Mariposa Brook, the principle watercourse for over 200 000 square miles of Ontario's heartland. Amongst the course stand century old trees, including Elm, Cedar, Oak and Basswood throughout the property. The Course was designed by an internationally acclaimed Canadian golf course Architect, Graham Cooke. The Property has the following out buildings

  The Club House


  • This frame structure is a 1.5 storey, vinyl-sided building that has two one storey appendages. The main portion has a ground floor area of 1,495 square feet.

  • The main floor has a club house area, coffee shop, public washroom, and kitchen working area. The second floor has two private offices, a 5 piece washroom and one common room.

The westerly appendage provides a 170 square foot expansion of the coffee shop while the easterly appendage provides a 250 square foot kitchen area.
This building has vinyl cladding and asphalt shingle roof. The basement is under the main structure.
There is a forced air propane furnace and a central air conditioning system.
The plumbing is copper and ABS plastic and the wiring system has two 200-AMP panels with breakers


The Banquet Hall


This frame structure was built in 2003 and seats 180 patrons.
There are public washrooms (men’s & Ladies) and a small bar area.
The hall has a hardwood flooring and drywall interior.
The banquet hall has a forced air propane furnace and 400 AMP electrical system.
The partial basement provides a good storage room facility.


 

 

The  Driving Range Building


This building is 780 square feet in size, with vinyl cladding and asphalt shingle roof.
